Course outline

This part time flexible learning programme comprises of the candidate obtaining sufficient credits to achieve the qualification at the relevant level.

Competence is achieved by the development of a portfolio. Evidence can be hard copy documents, e-portfolio, observation, questionnaires, discussion, photographs etc.

This course includes:

· Mandatory Unit  - Improving Productivity Using IT

· A choice of optional units including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, database, e-mail,  intranet/internet, website design, imaging software, multimedia software.
